REFUND POLICY - All original, signed, framed art and reprints are final sale and are non refundable. All art and products are packed and shipped with the utmost care. However, if the art piece is damaged during shipping, please email: Raineymassieart@outlook.com, within 24 hours of receipt. You will be asked to submit photographs, which will also assist with insurance claims.
A decision will then be determined as to the replacement or refund of your item. If an original is damaged and has to be replaced - you MUST allow time for completion. There are no refunds and sales are final for custom orders and personalized signed paintings. All sales are final on custom orders and commissioned pieces. Any wearing apparel that is worn, torn, faded or have an odor, will NOT be refunded, if approved, by management an exchange will be made. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCUSES ARE ACCEPTED.
Any pillows, shower curtains or accessories - not meeting your standards, will be accepted for return and a refund given. When returning pillows, shower curtains and accessories - please make sure that the items are not worn, torn, faded or have an odor. All items that are accepted for a return/refund MUST be returned within 20 days of the invoice shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCUSES ARE ACCEPTED.
